Forrest Yoga

FORREST YOGA is a style created by Ana T. Forrest 38 years ago while she was working through healing her own life’s traumas – abuse, addictions and ongoing suffering from chronic injuries and illnesses. It is a style well-known for its strong physical yet powerful internal focus for transformation in life.

Personally, I connect to forrest yoga as an intense compassionate work one can uptake to shed light from internal shadows as well as to embrace the beauty of life.

This is a dynamic and active yoga practice. Learn techniques and tools to practice yoga asanas (poses) safely and discover the gift of yoga.

[Who to attend?]
– Anyone enthusiastic to learn about the practice of yoga
– All are welcome, no prior experience required

– Private 1 to 1 or Mini Group (2-4)
– Every session is 75 minutes
– Rates start from Sgd 120/- per session
– Minimum of 3 sessions per Term (to be completed within 5 weeks)

Ad-hoc classes scheduled for folks on a weekly basis. We will explore a different theme & intent during each session for a powerful healing time on the mat.

– Closed group practice
– Private group size of 4 students per class
– Opening & intent setting ceremony
– Practice yoga asanas (poses) for healing, contemplation & realisation
