MEDITATION is the practice of regaining unveiled attention and awareness. When our inner vision become clearer, we will be able to recognise the true nature of life and sail in it with better appreciation.

This course is designed to introduce the concept of meditation in a progressive manner. Participants will get to learn different meditation techniques over 2 Sunday afternoons through interactive sharing, discussions and practices. The course will help to kickstart a meditative journey and bring upon understanding of how meditation can impact our life.
